Main Objective & Job Role
- Oversee the operation of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring each is a beacon of hospitality, warmth, and impeccable service
- Support the Food & Beverage manager in fostering a positive team culture, ensuring effective communication and training to meet the business needs
- Review employee performance to maintain high standards of service and ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Identify new avenues for revenue generation and enhance upselling techniques across our various outlets
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have strong management and leadership skills and be experienced in effective financial management. You will be highly adaptable and have excellent attention to detail. You will also have experience in a similar high volume 4- or 5-star hotel and hold a level 2 personal licence. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in food & beverage and experience of managing large teams.
Your areas of work can include working in our restaurants, bars, and leisure club. Your work will cover a variety of different functions including weddings, banquets & estate events. The hours of work vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.
Salary
£32,000 - £34,000 dependant on experience.
