Receptionist

Your role will be to consistently achieve the Front Desk service delivery standards of check in and out and customer service.

Main Objectives & Job Role Duties

  • Greeting guests & handling requests
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure the optimum guest experience
  • Managing the check in/out process
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Administrative reception tasks
  • Communicate with and assist other departments where necessary
  • Maintain good knowledge of Whittlebury Park & what it can offer
  • Upselling hotel facilities & potential sales opportunities

Candidate Requirements

  • Be a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic receptionist
  • Confident ability to communicate and establish rapport
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Be able to work alongside others, but also self-motivate
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Competent IT proficiency

Salary

40 hours per week, £23,961.60 per annum.

This is a full-time position, working 5 out of 7 days. Flexible candidates required as the role will involve early mornings, late evenings and weekend work.

Due to the remote location, own transportation is required.
