Cancellation Policy
All reservations made whereby you are required to make a payment in full are non-refundable and non-transferrable in case of cancellation.
We will, however, extend an option to change your date and rebook another date when this request is made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
In the unlikely event that you should need to cancel your reservation which has not been paid for in full at booking stage, please do so by 2pm the day prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges of 100%.
Cancellation of Hair Studio appointments will incur a 50% charge 48hrs prior and 100% charge within 24hrs of your appointment.
Check In/Check out
Your room will be available from 4pm. Check out time is 11am; should you require a later check out, please advise reception, although this may incur a charge. You are welcome to make use of our Leisure Club facilities from 4pm on the day of your arrival until 11am on the day of your departure. Please note there will be a £10 charge per person if using The Leisure Club prior to 4pm on day of arrival if not checked in or after 11am on day of check out.
Children
Children under 5 years of age sharing with two adults may stay free of charge, paying for meals as taken. Cots in bedrooms are complimentary. Children aged 5-15 years sharing an adult room are charged £25 per child bed & breakfast. We do allow children access to the leisure club whilst accompanied by an adult. Young adults aged 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult whilst visiting.
Data Protection
Any information supplied to the Reservations Department is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and may be used by Whittlebury Hall and companies in our corporate group to keep you informed of special offers and products which we believe may be of interest to you. We do not disclose personal information to any third parties unless required to do so by law. If you prefer not to be updated by our mailings, please contact us at reservations@whittleburyhall.co.uk giving your full name and current postal address including postcode. Please allow up to 28 days for the removal to be processed.
