Whether you're celebrating a birthday, getting together for a hen do or just fancy a night away with your mates, this package is just for you. A full day & night of 'sit back and relax' including a 50 minute treatment and delicious lunch all part of the day, three-course meal and a comfortable night's sleep

Make full use of the Heat and Ice Experiences on day of arrival. Soothe yourself with our hydrotherapy pool, invigorate and stimulate your circulation with a quick visit to the ice cave and sweat it out in our saunas and steam rooms. We have created a suggested bathing plan for you to follow to make the most of your Heat and Ice Experiences.

You'll be booked in for a 50-minute ESPA Harmony Restore Ritual designed for a physical and mindful transformation, this ritual focuses on releasing tension and restoring a sense of joy and happiness. Alleviate discomfort through the body, aching muscles and impulses in this tailored back massage and express facial. Tension will be melted away and skin left looking radiant.

A delicious two-course buffet lunch awaits with a glass of fizz.

Enjoy a three-course dinner in our Aston's restaurant where you can relax and let the celebrations continue

Relax in a double or twin room for a peaceful nights rest (complimentary Club room upgrade for the special person!*)

Pregnancy Advice

The Heat and Ice Experiences are contra-indicated during pregnancy. We advise guests over 16 weeks pregnant to book our mums to be specific package and treatments to ensure you are able to make the most of your visit. Please note if you book an alternative package or treatment this could result in not being able to have part or all of the package or treatment booked due to contra indications.

Full payment is taken at booking stage, which is non-refundable. If you need to change the date, you can do that with a minimum 7 days’ notice.  Within 7 days of arrival, no changes are permitted.
