Cancellation Policy
All reservations require full payment to make a booking. In the unlikely event that you should need to cancel your reservation the following terms apply:

Hotel Stays (Transient)

Full payment is taken at booking stage, which is non-refundable. Should you need to change the date please do that by 2pm the day prior to arrival to avoid full cancellation charges. Changes are not permitted after 2pm the day prior to arrival.

Spa Days/Spa Stays/Tribute Nights/Golf Stays

For any Spa Stays, Spa Days, Tribute Nights or golf stays, full payment is taken at booking stage, which is non-refundable. If you need to change the date, you can do that with a minimum 7 days’ notice. Within 7 days of arrival, no changes are permitted.
What is the maximum group size you can accept?
The Day Spa can accommodate groups of up to 16 guests
How to book
Book Online or call 01327 850489. Our Reservations Team are available to take your calls from 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday, 9am to 4pm Saturday.

Outside of these times your call will be dealt with by our Hotel Reception Team and will be confirmed to you by our Reservations Team when the office reopens. or contact us at reservations@whittlebury.com

Day Spa packages must be prepaid in full to confirm your visit.
Opening times
The Day Spa and The Leisure Club are open 7 days a week.
The Leisure Club
Monday – Friday: 6.30am – 10pm
Saturday-Sunday 8am – 8pm

The Day Spa
Monday - Sunday 8.30am - 6.30pm

Treatment Suites
Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday - Monday 10am-6pm


Redeeming a Gift Card
If you intend to make payment for your treatments or Day Spa Package by Whittlebury Park Gift Card, please inform Reservations when making your booking and bring your Whittlebury Park Gift Card with you to present to The Day Spa Reception on arrival. Failure to do so may result in full payment being requested.

Whittlebury Park Gift Cards only can be redeemed online. If you wish to redeem a gift card from a third party, please contact Reservations on 01327 850489.
Travelling to The Day Spa at Whittlebury Park
Directions to The Day Spa are available here, however our staff can print a personal route planner should you require it. When arriving at Whittlebury Park, please park in the Hotel Car Park.
What happens on arrival?
• Please arrive promptly to the Spa at your specified arrival time. This will be given to you by our Spa Host, who
will contact the lead booker 48 hours prior to your arrival.
• Changing room showers will be available to use throughout your visit
• We’re cashless! We accept card and contactless payment methods only
Age Policy
The Day Spa is reserved for the use of adults at all times. Unfortunately we cannot offer treatments to persons under the age of sixteen. Young adults aged 16-18 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst visiting The Day Spa and will be asked to show photographic identification on arrival.
What refreshment and dining facilities are available?
Water is throughout the day with our compliments. Other refreshments and lunch will be served in The Terrace Café. A buffet lunch with iced water is included in all Day Spa Packages. Soft drinks and a selection of alcoholic beverages may also be purchased.
Smoking and mobile phone policy
For the comfort of all our guests, The Hotel and Spa are smoke free areas and the use of mobile phones is not permitted. A designated smoking area is available outside the Silverstone Bar in the main hotel.
Medical advice and conditions
Our therapists must consult your Medical Questionnaire and all treatments are booked subject to medical status. If you have had, or are suffering from any medical condition we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to booking your treatments. On booking please advise us if you have any medical condition, allergies or COVID-19 symptoms in order that we may recommend suitable therapy.
Pregnancy advice
Some of our Heat and Ice and Leisure facilites are contra indicated during pregnancy.

We advise guests over 12 weeks pregnant to book our mums to be specific package and treatments to ensure you are able to make the most of your visit. Please note if you book an alternative package or treatment this could result in you not being able to have part, or all of the package elements or services.
Personal belongings
May we kindly request that you remove all jewellery prior to your treatment. Whittlebury Hall Hotel and Spa will not take responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings or jewellery whilst visiting The Day Spa. We encourage you to leave valuables at home.
Miscellaneous
All prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to change from time to time.

Whittlebury Hall reserves the right to change, amend, alter or withdraw treatments without prior notification.

Offers apply to new bookings only.
Treatment times may be subject to change and include consultation, preparation, treatment and aftercare advice. If you wish to book additional treatments, we recommend these are made at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.
Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
What is the additional £50 per room per night for?
A ‘pre-authorisation’ is not a charge. We require all guests to provide a valid credit or debit card on check- in. We will pre-authorise your card for any additional charges which you may incur during your stay with us.

Are children allowed in the Spa?
The Spa and the Heat & Ice Experience is strictly an adults-only area. The Leisure Club and swimming pool facilities are open for family use and can accommodate children that are accompanied by a responsible adult.
