  • 40-minute 'Floral Delights' treatment — carefully curated to awaken your senses and restore your inner balance. With springtime blends and the delicate aromas of floral essences, the treatment combines aromatic body treatment oils, a skin-boosting, radiance facial, and a harmonising scalp massage
  • Full use of The Leisure Club until 11:00am on the day of departure
  • Three-course dinner in Astons restaurant 
  • Overnight stay in a classic double, twin, or triple-bedroom 
  • Full English breakfast

Your allocated arrival time will be scheduled between 9:30am - 11:00am with an itinerary sent to you via email 48-hours prior to arrival confirming all timings for your day. Should you have any specific scheduling requests, please note them down in the 'comments' box whilst making your booking and we will endeavour to accommodate them.

Pregnancy Advice

The Heat and Ice Experiences are contra-indicated during pregnancy. We advise guests over 16 weeks pregnant to book our mums to be specific package and treatments to ensure you are able to make the most of your visit. Please note if you book an alternative package or treatment this could result in not being able to have part or all of the package or treatment booked due to contra indications.
