Gym – The gym is quieter from Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm and any time after 8:00pm. The weekends are also very quiet.
Pool – The pool is quieter all week from 8:00am – 10:00am, 12:00pm – 2:00pm, 5:00pm – 6:15pm, and 8:00pm.
Heat & Ice – The Heat & Ice is quieter all week from 8:00am – 10:00am, 12:00pm – 2:00pm, and 5:00pm – 6:15pm.

Yes. You can bring a maximum of 2 guests without booking. A £15 charge is payable and includes full use of the Heat and Ice Experience in The Day Spa. For full details, view our members information page.
Yes, please check the expiry date on the guest pass. From 2025, we have started to issue electronic guest passes. Should you wish to check the expiry date of these, please ask The Leisure Club team. Any passes that are out of date can only be extended through our guest pass extension policy rules. See the Technogym app for full details of this policy.
Guest Pass Extension PolicyYes. All guests must be with a member to gain admission.
Call 01327 857857 and ask for our Reservations Team. They will be happy to take your booking (the Member discount applies to treatment bookings on Mondays—Thursdays only). Our Reservations team just need your membership number at the time of booking to ensure you receive your discount.
Our terms are that all treatments are paid in full at the time of booking.
Subject to rooms being available within the designated room tariff, booking should be made in advance and through the reservation team on the above number, subject to terms and conditions. Please note there are no member discounts on advertised Spa or Hotel packages unless stated.
We want all our members to enjoy their time at The Leisure Club and make the most of their time with us as it is intended to be.
To allow members to make the most of The Leisure Club, we kindly request you respect other users and follow the below guidelines:
- Please wipe down all gym equipment after use, using the sprays provided.
- Hand sanitizer is available and located in the gym, by the entrance and gym office.
- Please do not use chalk when using the free weights in the gym and place back on the weight racks after use.
- Appropriate sports/gym wear to be worn at all times and please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes in The Leisure Club areas, including the gym and The Body & Mind Studio.
- Please be considerate with time spent on popular cardio equipment and in the Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam Room during busy periods.
- Please remember that all our instructors are always on hand for advice and support – just ask for assistance if required.
- When attending one of our many classes, please ensure you arrive ready to start your class on time, as your place may be taken by someone on the reserve list.
Please note, children over the age of 7 must use their own changing room when attending children’s swim at The Leisure Club.
Children’s swim sessions will be at the following times; Please note the below sessions change from 2025.
- Saturday 8.00am – 9.00am
- Saturday 4.00pm – 5.00pm
- Sunday 4.00pm – 5.00pm
Children’s swim times from 2025 – The below swim times will be the only children’s swim times offered to members.
- Saturday 8.00-9.30am
- Sunday 8.00am-9.30am
Booking information
- Members must book a children’s swim session on the members booking app
- Members only need to book themselves onto the session and then they can attend adhering to the ratios as follows:
One member to a maximum of 2 children (under the age of 3)
One member to a maximum of 3 children (over the age of 3)
Pricing
- There is no charge for children under 16 years of age
- Members bringing any guests over the age of 16 will be charged the standard £10.00 guest fee
Etiquette
- Ensure all swimming pool rules are adhered to including no running, jumping or diving into the pool and no shouting
- Please be respectful of other Leisure Club members who will be swimming the length of the pool and give way to these members at all times
- Children are not permitted in the sauna, steam room or Jacuzzis
- When the session ends please be prompt in leaving the pool area
- All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and when using the changing rooms
