Spend your day breathing in the fresh countryside air.  Soothe those aching muscles and make full use of our hydrotherapy pool with different water experiences and high-speed jets to target those stiff areas of your back and neck. Then why not wind down in the steam room and sauna?

The majority of our packages include treatments to help soothe your body and mind, however we so sometimes have availability on the day to book additional treatments whilst you are here.

Then at the end of the day retire to a delightfully comfortable bed after a delicious meal in one of our onsite restaurants.
