Can I bring guests along to The Leisure Club?
- Yes. There is currently a £10 charge per guest and you can bring a maximum of 2 guests without booking. A £15 charge is payable if using the Heat and Ice Experience in The Day Spa. For full guest details view our members information page.
Do I need a gym induction before I use the gym?
Even though we do recommend this, it is not essential if you are an experienced gym user. Should a new member not want a gym induction or programme they must choose and sign the ‘opt out’ option on their medical form.
If I need to contact The Leisure Club which number should I call?

Do my guest passes expire?
Yes, please check the expiry date on the guest pass. Any passes that are out of date can only be extended through our guest pass extension policy rules. See the Technogym app for full details of this policy.
Do I need to be with my guest for them to use The Leisure Club?
Yes. All guests must be with a member to gain admission.
When are the busy periods at The Leisure Club?
Gym - The gym is quieter from Mon-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and any time after 8:00pm, the weekends are also very quiet.

Pool - The pool is quieter all week from 8:00am - 10:00am, 12:00pm - 2:00pm, 5:00pm - 6:15pm, and anything past 8:00pm

Heat & Ice - The heat & ice is quieter all week from 8:00am - 10:00am, 12:00pm - 2:00pm, 5:00pm - 6:15pm
How do I book treatments and obtain my discount?
Call 01327 857857 and ask for reservations, they will be happy to take your booking (Monday – Thursdays only), they just need your membership number at the time of booking to ensure you receive your discount. Our terms are that all treatments are paid in full at the time of booking.
Family & Friends Bed & Breakfast
Subject to rooms being available within the designated room tariff, booking should be made in advance and through the reservation team on the above number, subject to terms and conditions. Please note there are no member discounts on advertised Spa or Hotel packages unless stated.
