Hi, I’m Harvey. I started working at Whittlebury Park in 2011 as a sous chef for Whittleburys fine dining restaurant, Murrays. I worked my way through the ranks absorbing knowledge all the time.
I left in 2015 to progress my career elsewhere still in catering, and then returned in 2017 as Murray’s head chef. Through hard work and dedication, in 2020 Murray’s was awarded its 3rd rosette which was a proud professional achievement.
