Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience - based on 40 hours per week)
What will you do?
As Senior Marketing Executive, you will:
- support the Marketing team and the Senior Digital & Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and retain customers for all products & services
- Create, execute, and measure on marketing campaigns & plans to achieve both business and marketing objectives within a defined timeline and budget
- Conduct market research to identify trends and propose new innovative opportunities and marketing solutions
- Generate detailed reports that measure the success and results of marketing campaigns & plans and provide insight into optimising future initiatives
- Work across various market segments of the Whittlebury Park business, engaging with key stakeholders and understanding their individual business needs to be incorporated into marketing campaigns & plans
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have a thorough understanding, knowledge, and proven track record of creating, and implementing successful marketing campaigns. As well as understanding and experience with marketing systems such as Google Ads. You will be a dynamic team player, have great attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
A qualification in marketing, i.e. CIM or business degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, and whilst not essential, hotel/hospitality experience would be an advantage.
This list of duties cannot be exhaustive due to the requirements of the hotel industry. Therefore, you may be required from time to time to carry out reasonable tasks as requested by management.
