As we approach Christmas and the New Year, it’s often a time of reflection as well as excitement, as we look back on everything that’s happened throughout the year.
Here at Whittlebury Hall, 2017 has been a year of great change, but also of great achievement.
Following the uniting of Whittlebury Hall and Whittlebury Park, we are now in a stronger position than ever to meet the needs of our corporate clients. Our combined 700-acre estate features 28 separate training and meeting rooms, two large conference and banqueting suites, a self-contained exhibition suite with a capacity of up to 500 and two secluded, exclusive hire venues.
That’s not to mention the three restaurants, two bars, 36-hole golf course, award winning spa and hundreds of acres of land dedicated to hosting teambuilding activities, from shooting to hover crafting.
With so many options to choose from when hosting a meeting or event at Whittlebury Hall, we’ve made things simpler with the launch of MY Collection – a suite of planning tools that give event planners everything they need to plan a successful corporate away day, large-scale conference or team building experience.
Whether it’s choosing the right activities to develop team skills or booking accommodation on-site and off-site for delegates, MY Collection makes it simple.
The team we have here at Whittlebury is really what makes the business a success, so we are delighted that this year one of the brightest stars in our events team, Emma Hayes, was recognised by the wider meetings industry at the prestigious miaList awards, where she was named Sales Person of the year.
Now, coming to the end of the year, we’re looking to the future and the future is looking bright. We have recently appointed Northamptonshire company Bluestep to deliver a rebrand of Whittlebury Hall and Whittlebury Park, that will reflect the united business we have become, and we can’t wait to unveil the new brand next year.
To all our clients, partners and friends – Merry Christmas, and we look forward to welcoming you to Whittlebury Hall in the new year.
