As you move through the Heat and Ice treatments you gradually increase your body’s temperature before stepping into the Ice Cave to stimulate your circulation and senses. This also has the effect of aiding the elimination of toxins and exfoliating your skin.
We have created a suggested bathing plan for you to follow to make the most of your Heat and Ice Experiences.
These experiences will leave your body invigorated and your skin soft, smooth and hydrated.
Your allocated arrival time will be scheduled between 3:30pm - 4:30pm with an itinerary sent to you via email 48 hours prior to arrival confirming all timings for your day. Should you have any specific scheduling requests, please note them down in the 'additional' requests' box whilst making your booking and we will endeavour to accommodate them.
While here you are also able to have full use of our Leisure club facilities which include a state-of-the-art gym and 19-metre swimming pool to make sure fitness is both pleasurable and rewarding.
After all that activity you will certainly be ready for our delicious two-course buffet, featuring a selection of favourites, along with some treats too. As an added extra why not add a glass of fizz to your booking and make the most of the evening.
If you are looking to enhance your evening there is a selection of treatments including facials and massages available by our therapists that you can book within the booking process.
