We will not be taking any online bookings for the British Grand Prix until 2009. If you would like to book please email your name and address to camping@whittlebury.com and we will send you an information pack and booking form. Alternatively please download and complete one below.

Whittlebury Park Golf & Country Club is set in over 600 acres of picturesque parkland, designated a site of special landscape beauty with magnificent oaks that are hundreds of years old, and over a dozen fresh water lakes.
We are situated next to the world famous Silverstone Racing Circuit and have our own private paths into the circuit, being the closest campsite to the circuit our regular guests have been enjoying our facilities for many years.

Whittlebury Park provides camping all year round, and parking for all of the major race meetings including:
· British Grand Prix
· Classic Festival
· Superbikes
Facilities:
Our facilities vary depending on how many people have pre-booked for and event.
Guaranteed Facilities:
· Fully licensed Bar/Restaurant
· Flushing Toilets
· Showers
· Direct pedestrian access into Silverstone Circuit
British Grand Prix Extra Facilities:
· Choice of 4 different bars ranging from a Beer Tent with live band/DJ to an A la cart restaurant
· Merchandise stand
· Tented village
Our 36 hole championship golf course is open to visitors.

The date for the 2008 Grand-Prix is 6th July.
As usual we will be opening our camp site from 2pm on Tuesday for all those who wish to stay for the full week. Please do not arrive before 2pm as you will not be permitted on site. Plots for the Grand-Prix week will only be allocated on receipt of a fully completed booking form with payment, details of which are on the booking form.
If you would like to reserve a particular plot please state it on your booking form. We will endeavour to accommodate your request but this cannot be guaranteed. For those who have not stayed with us before, please look at our enclosed brochure that has all camp sites clearly marked. Please note that the Golf Course plots tend to fill up quickly.

No receipts are issued unless requested in writing and accompanied by an S.A.E. You can confirm that we have received payment from your Bank statement.
- Tickets will not be posted to guests until 4 weeks prior to the event. If you have not received them 2 weeks before the event, please call the office on 01327 850071
If you have sent your payment to pre-book and the provisional Grand-Prix date is changed in December and it is not suitable for you, then you need to write to us before the 20th January 2008 to request a refund. PLEASE NOTE 75% of the sum paid will be refunded. A booking fee of 25% is not refundable.
